ABOUT
Atico Paraíso Verde is a comfortable holiday apartment on the third upper floor. In the communual garden you will find two pools. The apartment is located in Pego, a cosy Spanish village in the beautiful inlands of the Costa Blanca region. The beautiful beaches of the Oliva golf area are a short distance away. The lively coastal towns Dénia and Jávea can be reached in a thirty minute car drive. We rent it out to maximum of two persons
This is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, and for hikers and cyclists. Far away from the massive tourist crowds, while the best beaches can still be reached within twenty minutes.
The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The terras at the garden side is south facing with beautifull open views on the valley and mountains.

Our property manager in Pego takes care of your check-in and check-out, and is available for support during your stay.

Bathroom with bath and integrated shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Towels for two guest ares included ,

THINGS TO DO
Beach
Playa Deveses is the best part of a 14km long sandy beach between Dénia and Oliva. These beaches are listed among the best in the world thanks to their high water quality and cleanliness. Further south behind the Montgó mountain, most beaches can be found in so called "calas" (bays), surrounded by hills and forest. Popular calas are Playa de la Granadella and Cala de la Fustera.
Bike
This area is a true cycling paradise thanks to the many small but well maintained roads with almost no traffic. Routes can be made as easy or difficult as you want: completely flat or with difficult climbs. Thanks to the nice climate, many professional cycling teams come to this area for their winter trainingcamps. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented in many places, ask us for more information.
Hike
You will find lots of marked hiking trails throughout the whole region: from short to long, and easy to difficult. And it does not need to be uphill always: right out of Sagra you can enjoy beautiful flat walks along the orange plantations.
Excursions: Guadalest
From the Guadalest castle village you have a fantastic view over this water reservoir. This is a famous touristic hotspot in Spain, and not far away from Sagra. But it is just one example of the excursions you can do. Many people like to visit the charming villages in the Marina Alta, and take a stroll over the weekly market. And if you prefer to visit a larger city you can drive in one hour to Valencia or Alicante, both are well worth the trip!
Spanish ambiance
This is the old historic center of Jávea, in local language known as Xábia. Here you can enjoy small cosy streets with lots of nice restaurants and terraces. The beachside of Jávea has a promenade with fancy restaurants where you can have your dinner or lunch with sea view.
Spanish gastronomy
In 2015, Dénia was assigned the title "Creative City of Gastronomy" by the UNESCO. It is one of the best places to enjoy the rich variety and deliciousness of the Mediterranean kitchen. Choose from a huge number of restaurants: from Michelin stars to an informal lunch at the beach, you can find it all.
